These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1kdaybarber.com, the AI Barber Coach scorecard, membership, courses, community, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by AI Barber Coach LLC ("AI Barber Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

AI Barber Coach provides educational content, coaching resources, tools, and a community for barbers and related professionals. The Services are for general educational and informational purposes only. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, market, and other factors; we do not guarantee earnings, revenue, clients, or any particular business outcome.

Membership, Billing, and Cancellation

Membership pricing and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, membership renews monthly until you cancel. You may cancel through the member billing portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal date; you will retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid AI Barber Coach membership purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within seven calendar days of the purchase date and include the email used for your membership. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If a refund is issued, we may end access to the membership and community. This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not share your account or access with others without our written permission.

Community Standards

You may not use the Services to harass others, post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, spam members, scrape data, distribute malware, or interfere with the Services. We may remove content or suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these Terms or community standards have been violated.

Intellectual Property

AI Barber Coach and its content, including courses, videos, templates, graphics, and materials, are owned by or licensed to AI Barber Coach LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services while your membership is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, record, or exploit the content without our written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Barber Coach LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
